About Us

HPM was formed in April 2007 recognising a need for fast reliable service combined with the highest standards of expertise and craftsmanship.

Owner, Chris Hamilton, built up a vast experience over 17 years working in the construction industry. After serving his time as a joiner, Chris went on to gain experience in a variety of other areas as he worked on projects on building sites, schools, factories as well as private residences.

His most recent role was as a supervisor with a major building maintenance company.

With his major area of interest being in property renovations, extensions and general improvements Chris decided to formally launch HPM.

Chris states, "I was already doing a lot of property renovations and extensions before starting HPM and I recognised to need for reliability, cost effectiveness and quality and this is what HPM will provide to our customers. Since April 2007 we have already completed a number of projects across Edinburgh and the Lothians and have a strong and growing list of customers".
